Qc Manager

A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION
- Manage and develop kiểm soát chất lượng department in Metal Factory area
- Manage, develop, and maintain nhân viên bảo đảm chất lượng (QA) system in Metal Factory area.
- Manage in-line quality control in Metal factory area.
- Ensure that all production made in relevant manufacturing processes meet internal and customer quality standards.
- Initiate and follow up on quality improvement actions in area.
- Follow up on quality issues/problems and make corrective/preventive actions in area.
- Cooperate with manufacturing in innovation activities.
B. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
- Ensure that quality control in factory area is always planned, performed and recorded as agreed & fail ratio at Final Control is 3.5%.
- Ensure that needed documents and control equipment is always present at kiểm soát chất lượng points.
- Train, supervise, monitor, and develop QC nhóm to always perform QC according to correct quality standards and procedure.
- Make sure QC records are evaluated, reported, and filed according to procedure.
- Make sure the work instruction is trained and implemented in production, this include securing of required records and random audits.
- Make sure action is taken when a quality problem is discovered – if needed, stop production.
- Take immediate action if production is not following the approved quality management system.
- Initiate and follow up on CAPAs in factory area.
- Cooperate with Production Preparation Department for new productions according to procedure.
- Contribute to process risk assessment for new productions and assure preventive actions.
- check counter samples together with Quality Improvement Manager.
- Participate in evaluation of trial production.
- Make weekly nhân viên bảo đảm chất lượng (QA) report for factory area to Operation Director and copy to OMQA Senior Quality Người quản lý.
C. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal:
- Cooperate with Factory Senior Người quản lý, shop floor managers, and supervisors about in-line QA
- Cooperate with PPD and TD about quality issues in preparation of new production.
- Cooperate with OM Incoming control about materials.
- Cooperate with OM Quality Improvement and TD about continuous improvement.
- Cooperate with OM Final Control about quality of finished goods.
External:
- Contact to external partners (suppliers, sub-contractors…) when necessary.
Reporting:
- Superior: Operation Director.
- Subordinates: Đảm bảo chất lượng viên Supervisor/ QC nhóm leader/ Staff/ kiểm soát chất lượng.
E. WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working place: ScanCom Vietnam Ltd., Binh Duong province
- Working time: ca, kíp working/ Full time
- Others: Work overtime/ Sunday when necessary.
