- Performing front desk management activities while demonstrating professional telephone etiquette.
- Responsible for handling enquiries and internal /external call transfers. Record and dispatch the message when necessary.
- Welcoming, informing, registering and guiding visitors including co-ordination with employees.
- Ensuring telephone registers including call tracking are maintained at the reception.
- Receives, sorts, records and forwards incoming mails.
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Check courier entries for outgoing couriers and confirming the courier list before invoicing.
- Register/update/cancel company access cards/parking card when required and have proper record for tracking and managing.
- Coordinate with HR/Office team to prepare On board/Off board procedure, requirement.
- Update company contact list once a month and put on the share folder on time.
- Manage company portable projectors for MR team and control booking/return schedule accordingly.
- Assisting the account in purchasing administration related equipment, supplies and maintaining records of all office purchases, quotations, purchase requisitions, purchase orders etc.
- Supporting to check service invoices from vendors.
- Maintaining all files, correspondence and records on a daily basis.
- Complying with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
