As the business has been growing up rapidly, we are urgently looking for talents for the position of (Senior) Recruitment Consultant who will be involving in business development to generate new clients/business opportunities, nurturing current accounts, managing and coordinating assigned recruitment by headhunting and cooperating with the Headhunt Team to provide a vital link between clients and candidates as well as secure a high standard & timely service delivery.

1. Business Development:
• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract, generate and achieve business from clients to meet the personal/ team target set;
• Working closely with the CEO and relevant researchers to manage the assigned accounts as well as work flow;
• Frequently following up, liaising and visiting clients to build, nurture and develop solid relationships;
• Providing valuable advice and accurate consultancy of the market and relevant information to clients;
• Developing insightful knowledge of accountable industries as well as client companies;
2. Service Delivery:
• Working closely with the CEO and relevant researchers to manage the assigned accounts as well as work flow;
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a variety of channels;
• Headhunting: Searching, screening and interviewing potential applicants for insightful understanding of each candidate before presenting and delivering their profile to the client;
• Briefing the candidate about the client’s company, responsibilities, benefits and other relating points of the job in question;
• Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the clients;
• Counseling candidates all highlight aspects of the vacancy as well as of the employer for a good preparation prior their interview;
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;
• Negotiating payment and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between clients and appointed candidates;
3. Other Business Activities:
• Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes;
• Training researchers and involving in other business activities as required;

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduated from University or higher education in related fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Marketing
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in business development in the HR & outsourcing, training services or in the practice that requested
• Good knowledge, wide range network and excellent skill in the relevant market is an advantage
• Excellent communication (both English and Vietnamese) & persuasion skills
• Good at judging people’s skills and character
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, mentoring, training and project management experience and skills
• Customer-oriented, strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Pro-active, innovative, initiative, professional and dedicated
