Business Development:• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract, generate and achieve business from clients to meet the personal/ team target set;• Working closely with the CEO and relevant researchers to manage the assigned accounts as well as work flow;• Frequently following up, liaising and visiting clients to build, nurture and develop solid relationships;• Providing valuable advice and accurate consultancy of the market and relevant information to clients;• Developing insightful knowledge of accountable industries as well as client companies;2. Service Delivery:• Working closely with the CEO and relevant researchers to manage the assigned accounts as well as work flow;• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a variety of channels;• Headhunting: Searching, screening and interviewing potential applicants for insightful understanding of each candidate before presenting and delivering their profile to the client;• Briefing the candidate about the client’s company, responsibilities, benefits and other relating points of the job in question;• Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the clients;• Counseling candidates all highlight aspects of the vacancy as well as of the employer for a good preparation prior their interview;• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;• Negotiating payment and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between clients and appointed candidates;3. Other Business Activities:• Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes;• Training researchers and involving in other business activities as required;
• Đảm bảo công tác trưng bày hàng hoá đúng quy định tại khu vực phụ trách: mã hàng, loại hàng, quy cách phẩm chất. Thuộc tất cả các mã hàng mình phụ trách.• Nắm tốt các thông tin về sản phẩm: nguồn gốc xuất xứ (hãng, chủng loại, model), chất liệu, màu sắc, kiểu dáng, lợi ích – tính năng – công dụng, giá bán• Chịu trách nhiệm về hàng hóa được bày tại quầy hàng.• Bảo quản hàng hóa và gian hàng: luôn có ý thức chăm sóc hàng hoá, giữ gìn vệ sinh sản phẩm và gian hàng vào đầu ca làm việc. Báo cáo ngay với Trưởng nhóm bán hàng khi phát hiện ra các hiện tượng hàng hóa bị lỗi, hỏng, mất/thất lạc• Đảm bảo công tác tư vấn khách hàng và bán hàng theo đúng quy trình bán hàng.• Chủ động thực hiện mọi công việc hàng ngày trước khi yêu cầu sự hỗ trợ từ Trưởng nhóm bán hàng.• Hỗ trợ đồng nghiệp trong việc thực hiện các hoạt động liên quan đến bán hàng hàng ngày.
