Report to: HR Manager
Working location: HCMC
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment 30%
Develop and implement strategic/tactical plans for recruitment, recruiting processes.
Accurately communicate short-term / long-term goals to teammates.
Train recruiting staff to look for effective candidate records; propose the plan, the target to hit the regional focus, the search point to attract the number of applicants.
Maintain and manage internal candidate source data (eg. update contact information, candidates geographic location and start date for new job).
Train, manage, connect with the team to implement successfully recruitment plans.
Advise the heads of department on recruitment tips.
Coordinate with departments to anticipate the need to recruit people in certain stages, the plan to supplement the lack of people to meet the deadline.
Training 70%
Work with all Head of Depts. to design and develop training curriculum.
Set up/ Revise Training & Development policies/procedures
Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
Design and develop traning programs (outsourced and/or in-house).
Research and recommend new training methods
Organise and/or deliver training courses
Guarantee the effectiveness and the efficiency of proposed training programs and other training related field.
Evaluation and re-evaluation after training.
