* Recruitment (70%): Responsible for recruitment in order to provide fully and on Time Company’s efficient HR need.
* Ensuring the recruitment procedure is done effectively as include:
- Select suppliers as well as recruiting method: Job posting, resume search, headhunter…
- Prepare and update Job description
- Screen resume (candidate profiles) and handle/ arrange the 1st interview
- Candidates appraisal for the second interview with department head.
- Negotiate and finalize contract terms with selected candidates after discussion with Head of department: salary, benefit, starting date…
- Prepare Job offer letter.
- Send email say thank you to unselected candidates. Making report recruitment every weeks
- Coordinate & Prepare official procedure for new employee: email account, code, equipment, stationary, parking card, orientation, welcome email.
- Collect all required employee’s paperwork prior at the time of signing labor contract
- Maintain and implement on boarding process ( Accounts setting, first day welcoming)
- Developing and updating the candidate data;
- Building and updating all Job description for every position;
- Support line manager on recruitment planning and related cost management;
- Suppliers appraisal after finish the recruitment procedure as posting job service, headhunt service;
- Build the relationship with recruiting channels such as: Employment center, Training education Center, University…
- Extend recruiting network to social media such as Facebook, Viber, LinkedIn, Zalo.
- Support HRD in recruitment branding.
* Training (20%): In charge of training for all employees to ensure that the company has sufficient resource with necessary skills and knowledge needed for the job:
- Train new employees about company information such as brand concept, mission, vision, organizational charts, rules and policies;
- Conduct Orientation and Career development Survey with Line manager
- Build Training plan in order to help the employees have good knowledge and good Skills to fulfill their job and to have future promotion
- Building Training plan based on the company’s business strategy
- Develop Internal Training Materials with Line Manager
- Organize internal training by coordinating with Line Manager
- Making the plan and monitor the annual training budget;
- Monitoring and evaluating the training results then make plan for next year;
- Prepare commitment letter and others related documents for trained staff (if needed);
- Other tasks assigned by HRD (10%)
