Địa điểm làm việc
• Provide rehabilitation sessions to AB customers
• Guide parents in the rehab program
• Promote AB products, rehab program to potential AB customers
• Use daily works and outcomes of AB users to recruit more AB users from all sources
• Provide some hand-on training and practice to rehab teachers to extend AB rehab services beyond the company boundary
• Organize documents from AB program, mainly in Vietnamese
• Welcome AB customers. Receiving customers’ call and remind customer about their appointment. Take note all customers’ request and arrange rehab schedule with AB users.
• Convey product key messages to target customers.
• Develop and classify customer list upon management guidance for better targeting, and taking care customers
• Ensure good and promptly service providing to customer in professional and “win-win” manner
• Responsible for housekeeping and admin activities in POS to ensure POS is a tidy, nice place and all office machines, equipment are ready to use
• Take a role as cashier, issue receiving note and/or invoice/ bill
• Actively involved in implementation marketing activities such as post articles in website, fanpage, symposium, group selling, consumer events, merchandising ect….
• Collect information on market and competitors for promptly feedback to management
• Adhere to company policy and procedure (spending – code of conduct)
• Other tasks as assigned by Audiology & Rehabilitation Manager
Minimum bachelor degree. Special or regular education background.
Business Administration would be an advantage.
In Sales/Marketing/ Audiology
1- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching children, normal and/or hearing impaired.
2- Personal Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent in public speaking.
- Self-motivated. Good problem solving, analytical & communication abilities.
3- Social Competencies:
Person with good interpersonal understanding, relationship building and cultural sensitivity.
4- Leadership Competencies
Ability to adapt and make decisions within a diverse culture team.
5- Professional Competencies
Excellent planning and administrative abilities, developing lesson plans, and regularly reporting actual performance to plan, with variance analyses and revised corrective actions.
6- Language(s) / Level: English
7- IT skills: Basic competency in MS Office.
