We are looking for New Retail RM for new year 2019.
Experience in Mortgage, Car loan and Unsecured
Có kinh nghiệm sản phẩm vay thế chấp, vay mua xe và vay tiêu dùng.
The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and managing the customer relationship with the bank. The RM will generate revenue for the bank and continue to grow the size of the portfolio through increasing share of wallet with existing customers and acquiring new customers.
The main responsibilities include:
- Meet assigned sales revenue target through the needs based introduction and proactive cross-selling of banking products
- Meet assigned customer acquisition targets through proactive solicitation of new customers and seeking referrals from existing customers
- Meeting assigned Assets Under Administration (AUA) target through new assets from existing as well as new customers
- Deliver an outstanding experience to our customers; meet and exceed customer expectations
- Engage customers and increase average number of products held by each client under portfolio in ensuring customer’s financial objectives are met
- Adhere to bank’s compliance policy and ensure all transactions carried out on behalf of clients are within the stipulated parameters of the bank’s policy process flow.

Yêu cầu

- At least 2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry
- Adequate knowledge in banking products
- Good client engagement ability
- Diligence in delivering superior customer service
- Result oriented with strong display of perseverance
