- Plan and execute annual sales & marketing plan and budget;
- Supervise and assist sales and leasing staff to enlarge client base and market share of respective business areas pertaining to leasing of serviced apartments, office and retail space
- To market Diamond Westlake Suites with a high standard of professionalism
- Provide marketing guidance and sales direction to the sales team.
- Provide sales information and service support to all sections within the organization.
- Liaise, build and sustain cordial relations with contractors, clients, and company representatives on negotiations and execution of tenancies/lease.
- Attend to guests’ requests promptly and efficiently at all times.
- The job holder is given the authority and responsibility of mapping the company’s marketing activities.
- Responsible for administrating tenancy documents and other sales administrative functions.
- Assist the General Manager/DOS to formulate annual marketing plan
- Market for new tenants and maintaining existing accounts
- Prepare sales kit and marketing brochures
- Handle sales inquiries and attend to prospective guests/tenants - Perform “Show Apartment” duties.
- Liaise with A&P agent to place press/media advertisements.
- Perform indoor and outdoor sales functions.
- Handle leasing documentation to completion
- Administer leasing documents
- Liaise with legal consultants pertaining to leasing terms and conditions
- Perform public and guest relation duties
- Attend to guest’ complaints and requests
- Liaise with Housekeeping Services and Accounts Section on guests’ departure
- Assist and supervise guests’ arrivals/check-ins and departures/check-outs
- Monitor and arrange settlement of accounts
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the General Manager/ DOS
