Oversee all direct sales functions throughout Vietnam and provides functional guidance to all office and branches.
Helps company to expand their business by reaching out to new customers and developing new plans and strategies to help each department run more effectively
Work for the satisfaction of the customer needs, interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
1. Sales Management (45%):
a. Oversee the day-to-day front desk sales function of the company, ensuring adequate staffing resources to meet sales, warehousing, and delivery needs of IPCs.
b. Training sales tools, Pinnacle System and other relation process of MLM.
c. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
d. Prepares action plans by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
e. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
f. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
g. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team & IPCs.
h. Direct training, promotion and rewards activities of the company throughout Vietnam.
2. Customer Service Management (30%)
a. To formulating guidelines for facilitating effective training sessions and coming up with motivation and retention plans for employees & IPCs.
b. To ensure that their team members deal with their customers in an appropriate manner and present a positive and helpful image.
3. Business Development Management (20%):
a. Focuses on increasing brand awareness, bringing in new customers, and coordinating public relations efforts.
b. Responsible for supervising and directing employees. To work towards leading employees toward achieving financial and growth goals.
c. Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams.
d. Maintain the Business Development databases and support marketing activities, etc.
4. Other Duties as Assigned (5%):
