- Finding and developing new clients / companies who are specializing in agriculture production in a big scale in the field of sugarcane, rubber tree, ...plantation and having big demand in NPK fertilizers to achieve sales target and business goals - Maintaining good relationship with clients/ companies and ensuring satisfactory customer services. - Visiting, consulting clients to develop business opportunities. - Controlling orders and goods delivery. - Understanding, analyzing, and evaluating competitors, market demands and challenges. - Deploying trade promotion activities and advertising company products. - Controlling debts from clients and pushing payment on time - Reporting to Sales Manager and BOD for sales, market situations, clients debts and demands …on time - Other works as assigned by Sales Manager and BOD from time to time.

- At least 3 years of experiences in sales of fertilizer, seed, pesticides. - Having good experiences in finding and developing new clients / companies who are specializing in agriculture production in a big scale in the field of sugarcane, rubber tree, ...plantation and having big demand in NPK fertilizers. - Having Good English and computer skill (MS office) - Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills. - Willing to travel. Having driving license B2
