- Work strategically with KAM and execution of KAM and be responsible for sales, negotiation and monitoring of contracts designated as Key Accounts (KA).
- Work proactive and be structured with the sales planning and execution, to optimize the sales efficiency. You will drive a structured and conscious sales process together with the customer, making the customer realize his/her needs and wanting to do business with company.
- Identify and qualify leads to ensure that we only invest sales time and resources on leads that are attractive opportunities
- Develop highly profitable quotes resulting in a high hit-rate
- Drive the sales meetings in a strongly motivating process to make the customer want to buy from company and obtain the extra values we provide
- Ensure good customer communication in the delivery process
- Open the door to a customer early in his buying process and high up in the organization or to a customer who is negative or reluctant to do business with us
- Promote services and execute the selling services process
- Ensure satisfied customer during a claim solving process What you know You have a technical degree, several years of experience with one of the following fields and know the service and repair market from a similar job:
