Position Summary
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales performance of GPA Counseling, engaging and leading your team member to achieve monthly sales target as well as assisting management team in making quarterly and annual strategy. As a member of GPA Vietnam, the Sales Manager is expected to exercise sound judgment and maintain GPA’s ethical standards in all professional and business-related situations.
Duties and Responsibilities (based on a 44-hour work week)
The Sales Manager’s responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to, the following tasks:
* Stategic planning (20%)
- Proactively research about American Education industry and Vietnamese counseling players, maintain an up-to-date overall understanding about market competition
- Continuously study and revise knowledge about Counseling programs as well as involve in program upgrade/innovation projects
- Involve in planning & organising Sales & Marketing activities (both online & offline) to expand the market and generates new leads
* Sales Management (30%)
- Make monthly planning to achieve sales target and oversee weekly execution
- Maintain high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct in sales operation
- Allocate talent resources, assign leads and manage client database
- Responsible for evaluation of buying behaviour, classification of clients and sales performance reflection
* Hands-on Leadership (50%)
- Co-ordinate closely with Academic team to comprehend the big picture of GPA Counseling and thus direct sales operation in alignment with organisational vision
- Build up and maintain good relationship with all clients based on care and trust
- Engage and excel in sales activities and set examples to inspire staff
- Recruit a diversed team and provide necessary training to enhance sales effectiveness
- Establish a healthy working environment that embraces staff’s creativity, good will and positive attitude.
