*** Main working base: Can Tho *** In-charge area: Can Tho, Phu Quoc, Vung Tau, Phan Thiet, Dong Nai *** Report to: National Sales Manager – Anchor Food Professionals The Opportunity Role Purpose: •Achieve company sales targets, plans and objectives while developing a professional business relationship with each customer and each distributor in a designated territory. •Improve Sales Executives’ capabilities through in field training & coaching. The role is primarily responsible for but not limited to: 1.Sales volume, value & business development + Develop and implement strategies and action plans for each area to generate volume and value growth, range-selling, demand creation and consumption building initiatives. + Responsible for sales forecast bottom up from customers / distributors in line with company budget. + Implement the business development plans within budget and on time, co-ordinating the resources of the organisation to achieve approved objectives. 2.Distribution Management + Manage distributors to assure they are capable to provide customers with satisfied services. + Ensure customer service levels are achieved by the Distributor by monitoring of delivery service levels to the assigned area and implementing improvements and resolving any issues via the Sales Execution Team. 3.Account Management + Responsible for managing the SMAP sales forecast for assigned KA’s to meet the Foodservice Division Demand Forecast Accuracy KPI. + Develop account strategy and prepare account budgets annually. + Establish a business partnership with key personnel in the relevant accounts + Work closely with team and customers on category analysis and monitoring account performance in all areas including sales, profit, shelf management and promotional effectiveness 4.People development + Build Call Plans and Selling Stories based on customer Needs and Customer Profile. + Recruit, train and manage distributor’s sales team to assure the excellence in sales execution. + Work with Sales Executive on a planned itinerary to ensure proper execution of activities and train them in selling skills. + Use Coaching & Feedback to support Sales Executive to maximize their KPIs assignment to achieve the peak performance. 5.Resolving Customer Complaints + Quick resolution of customer/distribution complaints to enhance their loyalty. + Sales supervisor have a duty to address customer complaints related to product or service sales. 6.Administration and reporting + Provide a daily/weekly/monthly reports as specified. + Report all competitor activities, products, new products, prices, trading terms and any competitor changes that effect the business. + Suggest improvements to ASM & management team.

About you -Business Degree Graduate -At least 3-year experience in Key Account or HORECA sales, preferably in Food Services. -Ability to work independently and work under pressure. -Ability to travel (40% of working time) -Strong interpersonal and communication, negotiation, analytical skills. -Out of the box thinker. -Good communication in Vietnamese. -Good oral and written communication skills in English. -Good computer literacy At Fonterra, we live by values and ethics.
