* JOB OVERVIEW
Supervising the administrative tasks related to sales department as requirement & company’s regulation. Interaction with internal departments to improve and build up the relevant projects, policy & procedure.
Being a key contact point for dealers to solve their queries, complaints, cooperation, commission calculation & payment etc
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with other departments to build policy/procedure/process related to sales department.
- Follow up all sales activities in departments to support them on time.
- Assist in documentation preparation & ensure the correctness in legal documents signed with third parties.
- Involve in new as well as improved projects impacting on sales activities.
- Support administrative paper work for joiner & leavers in sales department.
- Uniform, Blank form, table, chair other stuff order & delivery to network.
- Perform & check subvention, follow up the administration with partners/producers/KA team as well as related departments.
- In cooperation with OPS, Risk, FIN... to push sales team for fulfillment the internal & external customer satisfaction.
- Consolidate & prepare sales reports: ad hoc requested, monthly, quarterly or annually.
- Work with Key Account Manager in documentations required for onboarding new potential partners.
- Support in creating, maintaining, reporting on Agent Codes created for agents of External Partner
- Participate in other relevant projects assigned by Line Manager
