Thanks to enhance the internal system, they are urgent looking for a Senior Account Manager, which has the responsibilities include, but not limited to: Ensure the assigned objectives will be achieved by planning and implement annual sales activities Build new strategies in order to gain more accounts and successfully penetrate in the new markets Build and manage sales pipeline Take full responsibilities of sales in 1 specific market (Korea or English speaking market or Vietnam enterprises market) Manage a team of about 5-6 members to achieve targets Review internal sales cycle compliance and update new technologies Manage the company cash flow A successful candidate will be entitled to a very competitive salary and benefits packages including: 13-month salary and various types of bonus: achievement/award bonus, other bonus as companys policy On-job training and promotion Good healthcare and insurance for employees and their family Professional, modern and dynamic working environment with regular team building and employees engagement activities

Can handle high sales target. Have good command of English Have strong negotiation skills, communication skills (both listening and questioning skills), planning skills, project management and analytical skills, time-management skills. Have an ability to develop and manage a large scale team.
