World leading company is hiring a PMI-PMP Aftersales Manager with Oil & Gas experience, delivering complex Automation systems.
The ideal Candidate, reporting directly to the APAC Service Manager will be responsible of the following tasks:
Takes care of Customer relations in accordance with communication policies and communication plan (supported by Stakeholder Analysis and RASCI)
Resolves incidents and troubleshoots problems
Revises KPI and manages correction plans
Controls all upgrades and migrations
Together with Customers change management team modifies process
Informs site stakeholders on all project activities affecting the DCS
Communicates training/resource needs with the local service organisation and informs about significant schedule changes
Manages subcontractor and standardises all best practices
Ensures that all products, projects, solutions are supportable throughout the HQ.
The Service Manager, with Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics or Business, has 10+ years experience as Project/Program/Client/Delivery Manager within complex organisations. Has strong Client orientation, business acumen and problem solving attitude.
Preferred candidates are experienced on Oil&Gas companies, have knowledge on inshore-offshore operations procedures and standards.
PMI - PMP certifications are considered a plus.
Availability to travel as needed to support development and delivery of the agreement, including but not limited to HQ offices in Vietnam, Branch offices in SEA.
Mother tongue English level preferred and overseas experience required.
