Your scope of work will include identifying and developing investment opportunities for the development and growth of the firm within the industrial warehouse and ready built factory sector in Vietnam, building long-term relationships with key developer/landlords and partners and promoting the organisation externally, including attending events, networking, making presentations and building relationships with key partners. Description * To source, screen and assess initial deals that meet BWIDs investment criteria. * To lead commercial and financial due diligence and to prepare investment memos for consideration bythe Director of Investments and / or Investment Committee and Board. * This will involve thorough market research, financial analysis, modelling and forecasting, and project development impact assessment. * To identify and secure, evaluate and prioritise a pipeline of new investment opportunities. * To manage and support a portfolio of the BWIDs existing projects, monitoring the financial performance of existing investments and reviewing management information and compliance againstoriginal approved underwriting. * To support the senior management of BWID and staff team in the administration, development andgrowth of the company where needed. Profile * Solid Professional experience in financial and investment execution in Vietnam; * Proven track record of Real Estate M&A deal execution in Vietnam; * Savvy knowledge and understanding of Vietnamese law to handle deal structuring for complex M&A deals; * Keen interest in the development of the real estate sector; * Experience of the financial and legal deal structuring of real estate projects or M&A processes through a professional background in finance, commercial lending, private equity or venture capital investment; * Strong financial analysis and business assessment skills; * Strong negotiation skills * Excellent written and verbal communications skills; * Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and adapt to a fast growing dynamic work environment; * Strong presentation skills and an ability to communicate information to a wide variety of audiences; * Energetic and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work on their own initiative with minimal supervision; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including practiced skills in financial modelling in Excel; * Willingness to travel and do ground research on investment opportunities.
