1. Customer Service
• Answer incoming calls from investors/agents from the company hotline
• Record all call information of investors/agents in the CS system, classify if it is inquiry or complaint.
Provide feedback to investors/agents timeline, accurately in a professional manner
• Follow up with related parties to ensure all investors/agents’ inquiry/compliant/general concerns are served, resolved, settled, and close completely within reasonable timeline
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with investors/agents and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Set up and enhance complaint/ inquiry handling process
• Analyse customer complaint (if any) and inquiry report and propose the best solution
• Perform other CS tasks assigned by Head of Wealth Operations
2. Wealth Operations activities
• Key-in investors/agents’ information into system
• Work with related parties (Sales team, Transfer Agency “TA”...) to proceed the investors account opening and information update when required.
• Oversee the investors’ transaction orders are input into the transaction file correctly and send to TA for allotment on time
• Ensure all the investors and agents’ papers received from Sales team are timely, completely, and accurately filed in both soft-copies and hard-copies
• Work with TA to ensure all TA requirements are executed for Wealth Operations
• Perform scanning Bridger for all investors
• Prepare MIS sales report and Wealth Operation reporting
• Prepare user business requirements and perform UAT testing for projects
• Perform other Wealth Operations tasks assigned by Head of Wealth Operations
3. Other general responsivities
• Adhere to and comply to the provision of (i) MAMV’s internal labor rules and relevant policies investment control, procedures and guidelines of the investment mandates; and (ii) Manulife global policies and relevant procedures including and not limited to investment parameter, best execution policy, broker selection and reviewing process, Fund Charter/Prospectus... which are promulgated from time to time
• Ad-hoc reports and assignments as and when required.

• B.A in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Banking
• 3 years working experience in Operation in Finance Industry
• 3 years working experience in Customer service
• Soft skills in handling clients’ inquiries.
• Problem solving skills
• Good in English
• Writing skill
• Collaborative and with Compliance mindset
• Communication skills/interpersonal skill
• Teamwork, accuracy, carefulness, and trustworthy
