The (Senior) Microbiology Executive – Reports directly to the Microbiology Manager. He/she is a team members with strong background in food science, food hygiene and production. Main scope of the job is ensuring food hygiene and food safety of all Masan’s factories - Do the work that is relevant to microbiology signed by line manager - Issue and Ensure the GMP, GHP of the factories fit with the Masan’s standard - Conduct test, trial and transfer technology to the factory Issue GHP and hygienic standard - Verify and validate the cleaning and sanitizing method based on current processing line at the factories (Food&Beverage) - Issue and validate hygienic standard. Work with R&D microbiology to ensure the standard fit with microbial specifications from RMs to FGs - Support the quality improvements, kaizen or cost saving base on GHP - Cooperate with microbial QA Lab, QA and production to deliver trials on time in full Trouble shooting - Participate in multifunctional task forces to solve quality issues or crisis related to the food safety/microbiology from raw materials, processing through to finished goods - Work/support with RD microbiology team to do research on microbial to understand root cause of issue Inspection and giving standard for new equipment, processing line, factory - Work with micro RD and project team to ensure new processing line get the Masan standard (scope: new processing line/machine/factory having the same design with current line or just have minor change) - Support the factory microbiology manager to make approval or requirement to deliver quality, & safety

At least bachelor degree in Food Science/Technology or Microbiology - 1-2 year experience working as microbiologist, hygienist or QA - Communication skills: ability to present information, both written and verbally in Vietnamese and preferably English. Be able to communicate across various functions. - Planning and project management skills - Ability to work under pressure and fast moving environment - Easy to adapt with new environments/new kind of factory
