Shift Leader / Production Supervisor

Position Title: Shift Leader
Department: Production
Reports to: Value Stream Leader
Location: Ha Nam, Vietnam
Scope of Position:
Take responsibility for people, equipment, materials, safety, quality and coordinate with function department
Responsibilities:
• Define and develop process flow for new product including define and maintain routing and manufacturing bill of material in the SAP system
• Daily attendance record and manpower management. Leading daily production shift meeting to update all status ( Attendance rate, Quality, daily plan achieved, High light)
• Daily monitoring: Safety, discipline/ 5s/, Ensure all employees follow process to produce the goods products. Make corrective actions immediately if there is deviation and report to department leader.
• Attend daily production meeting with all relate department to update production performance (Output, backlog), quality status (incoming, process, out - going), material highlight, Tooling and maintenance (tools, downtime). Analyze quality issues with related people and make sure corrective actions are implemented.
• Training and coaching all Line Leader to leading their line working follow the process rules, quality standard meet the efficiency target and daily plan.
• Management and monitor all of 4M change in Shift (Material, Method, Machine and Man) happened daily. Communication with quality, PE and TM team to control and solve any issue happen in shift.
• Do weekly Layer Process Audit for all Lines and area. Monitor and improve follow Company standards.
• Participate in internal audits audit (HSE audit, process Audit). Analyze deviation and make corrective actions accordingly. Corrective all finding and report to superiors and owner department.
• Participate in new project, Pre - Launch and Job-0 activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement project (CIP). Kaizen activities in lines, motivate all operator have a kaizen weekly and monthly.
• Daily motivate operators focus on jobs, building a professional and fairly working environment.
• Promote and follow safety regulations
• Other work assigned by superiors.
