Job Title: Application Development Officer

Job Summary
To develop and maintain In - house IT Applications and MIS Reports
Key Accountabilities and Performance Measures
- Build MIS reports to support business requirements - - > To be able to design MIS reports which are in - line with business requirements/timeline
- Analyze business data/requirements to convert into effective report - - > To be able to understand business process, database structure to develop business reports.
- Develop and maintain in - house applications - - > To get the required knowledge transfer for the product knowledge and business process from Users/BA/Application Development Manager To be able to develop and maintain in - house applications.
- Complete assigned tasks from IT Application Development Assistant Manager - - > To have a mutual agreement on the performance metric with.

Job Specification / Possible Profile
Education Background:
- Bachelor of IT, minimum 3 Years Experience in Java Web Application Development
Minimum Experience
- Java/J2EE Development and On Linux Platform
- Java Frameworks: Struts, sspring, seam, JPA, and Hibernate,
- Web Application Development with MVC Framework,
- HTML, cSS, JavaScript, (jQuery/Prototype/DOJO), xML, JSON, and AJAX,
- Java Application Servers, database Servers,
- Knowledge about Design, Patterns and Unit Test, Internet Development Environment and Web User Experience.
- Software Development Projects in Finance, banking is a PLUS.
- Working on Oracle, mS, sQL, mySQL, especially Oracle PLSQL is a BIG PLUS.
Others.
- Good English communication.
- Able to work under high pressure and tight deadline.
- Able to self study and having habit of researching.
- Able to work in a team or work independently.
