*Job Summary:
The role requires the leadership and management of technical security, identify trends and drive security improvements across Technology.

Job Summary
- The key purpose is to perform KYC on customer information (identity, financial, residence) at loan closing stage or
prior to underwriting (ie loan discussion and offer) by RO (based in HCM, HN or Danang) to prevent identity theft and
possible defaults. KYC is conducted either face to face or via phone.
- Maintain the assigned portfolio and offer best customer service to customers. The role reports to DTH Manager. As
the business grows and matures, the person in the role could be promoted to take bigger responsibility in Branch
Network or other departments of the business as relevant.
- Carry out other support tasks as assigned by DTH Manager.
Key Accountabilities
1. Perform KYC activity at loan closing stage or prior to underwriting;
2. Customer service
– To ensure all procedures, documents are well prepared for customers to sign loan contracts if the application is approved by underwriter and approver. Remind customers of key responsibilities and well handle all related questions from customers.
3. Maintaining customer portfolio
– Managing whole portfolio of customers who have been KYC’ed by this role (and approved afterward). Ensure all assigned KPIs are met.

* Job Summary
The Job holder is responsible for a full cycle of recruitment process from entry-level to mid-manager levels across Vietnam. He/she is also in-charged of planning and implementing all recruitment activities (via employer branding, job fairs…) to maximize potential candidate pools.
* Key Accountabilities
1. Hiring & Selection:
• Identify and build candidate database from various sources (Jobsite, internal referral, networking, social media, own database, university…) to attract talents.
• Take responsible for full cycle of recruitment process of all assigned open vacancies from selection, hiring, on-boarding process.
• Keep track recruitment metric (time to hire, quality of hire & cost per hire) and also ensure it is compliant with Company Policy.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements to ensure qualification match, culture fit and compatibility as well as fulfill business needs.
• Propose proper actions and solutions for recruitment needs. Maintain rapport with potential candidates and relevant stakeholders…
• Support new hires all information, guidance to ensure they have good supports to accomplish their goals during probation time.
• Take ownership and effectively deliver your assigned tasks as per set KPIs. Keep LM/HMs updated the hiring progress on regular basis.
• Ensure all required reports (Employees’ Master File, Open vacancy tracker, Internal Referral report and Referees’ list …)..
• Take ownership of “hiring process” on myHR (Workday) for all new hires.
• Act as Key contact point of Recruitment team when Team Head’s away.
2. Employer Branding & others:
• Build database for the company succession plan
• Plan, propose action plan for Employer Branding activities per year (attend Job fairs/events or other student engagement activities).
• Support other HR projects and administrative duties as required Line Manager
• Frequently update the required reports (Open vacancy tracker, Org chart of all departments if changed
• Take responsibilities for internal job posting and jobsites
• Other ad-hoc tasks are assigned from LM from time to time.

1. Rewrite the job description and make it more attractive by using marketing language.
2. Write attractive contents to support for the job posting on Social Media.
3. Be in charge of job posting on Social Media Channels (Facebook/ Linkedin/ Zalo), groups, forums…
4. Research useful job posting channels and try to maximize the quantity and quality of candidates
5. Support recruitment of HRBP team (screen CVs, arrange interview, reference & qualification check, do offer letter…). If you dont know recruitment and interview skills, you will be trained.
6. Support update candidate profiles in the system
7. Do recruitment reports
8. Perform other tasks as required to meet the needs of the business.

As important part of Organization, Decision Science Department plays the key role in building centralized database and system; provides the consolidated insight of company level through various analysis from Sales, Risk to Finance aspects. Decision Science Department would handle the circle of responsibilities from technology, data, process, usage and strategy to give value solution to Board of Management under independent party (3P) view.
Key Accountabilities
1. Provide insight through data analysis in various aspects encompassing Sales, Risk, Finance and Operations perspective as an independent function from Risk or Sales.
2. In charge of company database management such as database (DB) structure design and centralizing all information, etc.
3. Be a bridge between business and IT for work-related data management.
4. Operationalize business analytics in order to bring tangible values for relevant business divisions.
5. Develop tools to provide standards MIS such as dashboard for entire company level.
6. Market research and provide outlooks for business strategy.
7. Support business project by providing various ad-hoc analysis to concerned departments.
8. Monitor/alert operation efficiency and business trends in deep level.
9. Operationalize business analytics in order to bring tangible values for relevant business divisions.
10. Develop the team through on-going coaching, goal-setting, performance management and training.
11. Other key projects as the business needs & jobs assigned by Board of Management time to time.

We need a new team member for HRBP team in Hanoi who will support us in recruitment (65%), conduct orientation training for new staff (15%) and other administration tasks and paper work in human resources (20%)
As a member of a dynamic team, you will oversee the followings:

3. Screen CVs, interview and do employment check following our recruitment policy and process

5. Raise request to create finger access for new hire
6. Coordinate with Property team to arrange workstation and necessary office facilities for the new hire
7. Collect new employee documents, follow the new hire check-list to make sure it is compliance with our recruitment policy and process before sending to the Recruitment team.
8. Conduct Orientation training for new hire
9. Arrange service provider (SP) contract/ labour contract for new hire and follow up SP contract/ labour contract renewal.
10. Do recruitment and training reports

2. Update new hire information in AIS system
3. Raise request to create finger access for new hire
4. Coordinate with Property team to arrange workstation and necessary office facilities for the new hire
5. Collect new employee documents, follow the new hire check-list to make sure it is compliance with our recruitment policy and process before sending to the Recruitment team.
6. Update new hire information/ transfer/ termination in HR database and AIS system.
7. Arrange service provider (SP) contract for new hire and follow up SP contract renewal.
8. Do daily attendance report for Outsource staff and support timesheet report for Tele Collector and Admin
9. Support recruitment in interview arrangement and CVs screening if it is necessary
10. Perform other tasks as required to meet the needs of the business.
