Mô tả công việc

Be the hotline staff. Handle Inbound & Outbound calls.
 Guide agents’ admin procedures
 Reply clients’ inquiries about policy and admin procedures related to policy
 Guide clients to fulfill admin procedures according to clients’ requests
 Handle policy conservation via phone.
 Receive complaints from clients and Coordinate with the staff in-charge of handling complaints to solve for clients
 Complaint handling
 In case of change in job assignment for CS staff, the job description will be adjusted accordingly

Yêu cầu công việc

EDUCATION / TRAINING
University Degree. (Prefer specialize in Finance,
Insurance, Banking, Economics, Trade)
PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION
LOMA certificates are preferred.
COMPETENCIES

EXPERIENCE
At least 3 working years in Life Insurance or Finance Organizations.
