We are looking for a Sr./ Associate, Talent Acquisition who: Report to: Group HR & Office Director Quantity: 1 position Office: District 3, HCMC Working hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (weekend off). Salary & Benefit: Open for negotiation A Sr./ Associate, Talent Acquisition provides recruitment services to Ogilvy Vietnam with main responsibilities & requirements below Main duties: +Responsible for Recruitment for the group. +Performing recruitment process: from sourcing candidates to obtaining a final feedback on each case +Conduct exit interviews & exit procedures +Keep update applicant’s database and reports to Applicant Tracking System +Proactive build and develop a network of Senior, Mid-Managers of advertising talent pool of potential candidates +Search and keep update Competitor & Market database +Conduct the internal & regional reports to HR Director on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis +Involve in HR internal projects such as Internship Program, Internship engagement +Other tasks as assigned

+At least 3 years of working experience as Recruiter in an international company, communication company is preferred. +Ability to work independently with Senior Hiring Managers +Be proactive and able to solve potential issues with Team. +Ability to do multi-tasks under time-pressured +Good English with effective communication skills is a must +Well-presented outlook with customer-serviced mindset, result-oriented and playful characteristic +Eye for details, positive thinking, hardworking.
