Revenue & Profitability:
1. Executes properly the Merchandising Bulletin at all times.
2. Executes and sustain the Loyalty Card program correctly.
3. Drives store team to achieve revenue targets thru effective leadership and management of subordinates.
4. 100% compliance on Planogram and full shelf policy at the selling area.
5. Control wastage / breakages in the store following targets.
6. Control proper execution of the daily Markdown schedule.
7. Supports the Cashier in Suggestive Selling projects.
8. Expedite faster cashier transaction turnover.
9. Supports loss prevention thru close coordination with the LP Manager.
10. Controls store expenses and keep it at a minimum based on targets (utilities & stationery).
11. Coordinates in the planning and execution stage for the smooth launching of new activities for My Mart.
12. Support in the proper training to staff whenever we launch a new product or service for My Mart customers.
Customer Service
1. Ensure to execute and make evident the My Mart Service culture in the stores at all times;
2. Ensure to execute the 11 Cashier Services at all times;
3. Ensure to control 100% implementation of the Freshness Mindset in the store at all times;
4. Ensure to implement 100% the store’s standards on Food Safety and Hygiene at all times.
5. Implement consistently the store music / announcement and microphone activity following specified period in the day.
6. Make the store attractive to customers by implementing strictly the Outside Merchandise.
People Development:
1. Provides coaching, direction and support to co-workers concerning projects under his / her responsibility;
2. Support in-store training by coaching / motivating staff following the training methodology and schedule set by the Training department and QC;
3. Manages effectively staffs by follow-thru on the understanding of trainings delivered to ensure smooth execution.
4. Communicates monthly objectives (MOR) to superior based on monthly schedule.
5. Pro-actively works with the team and sets a good example.
Administrative & Reporting:
1. Timely and accurate submission of reports.
2. Preparation of Monthly Objective Report (MOR) and Bi-Weekly Report.
3. Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the work culture and values of My Mart ;
4. Research on needed information when needed.
