The Store Operations Manager is charged with leading day-to-day operations at stores which include setting strategy, managing store-level operations and staff; leading and driving operational excellence initiatives and policies to drive sales, manage expenses and deliver exceptional customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Create, implement and execute strategic plan
• Coordinate with related departments to develop smart and relevant business plans for the Company.
• Set sales targets for the store system and stores; develop plans to execute and reach those targets.
• Conduct related market research, synthesize information to create business plan, formulate operations policy to drive sales and achieve profitability for each store.
• Monitor, analyze and validate business performance on frequent, periodic basis.
2. Build infrastructure, operational systems and policies
• Create job assignments for OP team members, detailed description for each position and allocating human resources to achieve efficiency.
• Create and ensure compliance of standard operations procedures (SOP) for store operations, coordinate with related department to formulate company procedures and regulations.
• Participate in formulating store employees training materials
• Collaborate with HR to develop staff assessment regulations and periodic performance review
• Regularly evaluating and improving operational procedures, standards and service quality
3. Building Operations Team and Store Staff labor force
• Developing a staff recruitment plan for operations team members, and store employees
• Ensure proper staff and labor allocation to support daily operations and store system growth
• Managing human resources training in operations team, build a professional, enthusiastic team following the company culture
• Managing human resources training for store employees following 7-Eleven standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant fields and 5 years of experience in retail operations and/or business management
• Effective communication and presentation skills; high fluency in spoken and written Vietnamese and English
• Strong command of typical office productivity software and cloud-based platforms such as Google Suite
• Familiarity and direct experience with reporting, data science and business analytics systems
