The Store Operations Manager is charged with leading day-to-day operations at stores which include setting strategy, managing store-level operations and staff; leading and driving operational excellence initiatives and policies to drive sales, manage expenses and deliver exceptional customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Create, implement and execute strategic plan
• Coordinate with related departments to develop smart and relevant business plans for the Company.
• Set sales targets for the store system and stores; develop plans to execute and reach those targets.
• Conduct related market research, synthesize information to create business plan, formulate operations policy to drive sales and achieve profitability for each store.
• Monitor, analyze and validate business performance on frequent, periodic basis.

The Legal Specialist at 7-Eleven Vietnam is responsible for building, organize and ensure Company’s activities are following the current laws and legislation. The Legal Specialist plays a vital role in developing policies and giving legal assistance for: strategy execution; effectively minimizing legal risks; and creating beneficial opportunities for cooperation between 7-Eleven Vietnam and potential partners in short-term and long-term.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build the legal document filing system; annual legal initiatives planning; procedures and requirements for legal risk management related to this industry
• Build, draft and evaluate legal documents related to current commercial, construction, labor activities of the company
• Coordinate with relevant Departments, partners, external legal counsels to construct and ensure our activities are following the applicable laws and regulations
• Advise Departments on updated laws and regulations which are related or potential having an impact to their fields and functions
• Build, manage and update the online legal document filing system periodically
• Effectively assess potential legal risks in the business that the Company is operating in short-term and long-term
• Be the representative for the Company in any dispute or litigation processes (if required)

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Marketing and Communications Manager (MCM) promotes the 7-¬Eleven® brand awareness and other key brand assets like Slurpee® in Viet Nam. The MCM will develop and implement a marketing and communications strategy across a range of reactive and strategically planned opportunities in print, media, events, online and within each individual store in chain, to boost store sales as well as to build customer loyalty in the long run. The MCM also serves as liaison to connect with customers, community and the media to increase the influence and visibility of 7-¬Eleven® in Vietnam.
I. Conceive brand building strategies and marketing campaigns to drive incremental sales
II. Uphold brand image and trademark standards and usage across all internal and external channels
