Supervise daily documentation activities for import/export shipments (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, C/O, customs papers, etc.).
Monitor and guide team members to ensure documents are prepared accurately and on time.
Coordinate with carriers, airlines, agents, and customers for shipment schedules and documentation requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customer instructions, and local regulations.
Handle escalated cases and support the team in problem solving related to documentation.
Train, coach, and evaluate junior staff for performance improvement.
Maintain proper filing system and ensure documentation process is audit-ready.
Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales teams to provide smooth service to customers.
