Supply Chain Executive ( Hcm)

* Demand Planning
- Ensure sale forecast at SKU levels of aggregation for sale forecast & demand planning consistency, through the building of a consensus between sale forecasts, sale history and the financial trend
- Participate to the improvement of the sale forecast practice.
- Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect cập nhật sales and MKT activities assumptions
- Analyze historical sale in phiếu yêu cầu (oder) to classify demand and build up safety stock and re-order point at SKU level to ensure the smooth execution of the planning process in order to guarantee the availability of the product while optimizing fill rate and inventory turn.
* Supply Planning
- Build up replenishment policy for each SKU to make decision when to phiếu yêu cầu (oder) and how much to order through the evaluation of shortage risk.
- Evaluate supply performance of Vendor to switch lead time and service level accordingly
* Purchasing
- Place orders to procure requisitioned items or services from Planner or other departments
- Expedite & follow up shipment until PO completion
- Prepare reports and updates as and when required
- Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications
