- Assist Unit Head in developing and maintaining the recruitment plans & budget for the acquisition activities - Execute assigned monthly/yearly recruitment plan of the team and management team to achieve the highest fulfillment rate while ensuring the quality of a new hire - Resolve recruitment related issues - Actively propose and participate in the implementation of recruitment solutions, sourcing initiatives, and talent mapping - Regularly provide an update on recruitment progress and actively analyze weekly/monthly recruitment results to have suitable planning and solutions to fulfill the recruitment needs. - Train / Coach and develop team member to ensure efficiency and continuous productivity improvement. - Undertake other tasks assigned by the Unit Head of Recruitment.

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields. - At least 02 years of recruitment experience which in Expat Recruitment, Headhunting, Big Corp, IT are preferred. - Highly skilled in recruitment, operation, communication, negotiation, presentation - Good networking skill - Team building, coordination and follow- up skills. - Interpersonal skills and leadership to work with all organizational levels
