• Create original content for websites, knowledge bases as well as to assist development teams in ensuring good design of user interfaces and user experience. • Produce high-quality designs, graphics, mock-ups and layouts and generate page DOM and frameworks for both new and existing web/mobile applications. • Design, develop and implement new websites, landing pages and mobile applications. • Create intuitive wireframes, interfaces and interaction layer designs for analysis and review using best practices, the latest web trends and all available tools to augment the user experience. • Maintain, improve, and update existing websites and applications as required. • Contribute to the development of creative concepts, translating them into visual and interactive form • Match strategic direction with appropriate design results for the digital and web-based marketing initiatives while providing quality assurance on creative deliverables • Familiarity with designing for multiple formats such as email, display, social, web and mobile responsive/cross-platform
Responsibilities: To work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruiting and selection requirements in order to meet hiring needs on a timely basis. Responsible for the complete cycle of recruitment from sourcing, job advertising, resume screening, interviewing to deliver headcount targets. Adopting effective and innovative methods of recruitment in order to deliver headcount targets. To design job advertisements in strategic sites and web portals. To participate in recruitment programmes i.e. career and job fairs. To prepare recruitment reports in order to monitor and assess effectiveness of recruitment strategies. To prepare and complete the recruitment administrative functions.
