KEY OUTPUTS:
1. External Branding activities:
- Support in implementing branding strategy for the company in line with the business plan, under the co-operations with Regional Holding Company (RHC) branding team, other related divisions, vendors or third party agencies;
- In charge of all branding campaigns as assigned by the Company;
2. Internal Branding activities:
- Promote internal branding activities of the whole Company via all employees at work;
- Follow up with all employees implementation of Corporate Identity guideline;
- Follow up with related divisions or suppliers to review Company branding related items, e.g. letter head, notebook, calendar, brochures, name card, envelope, umbrella, stationary, water bottle, uniform, greeting cards, paper bags, gift set;
- Support in planning and arranging office decoration;
- Support in planning and developing the internal branding activities to promote brand awareness, advertising or promotional campaigns.
3. External communication:
- Responsible both for reactive and proactive media relations for the operations;
- Advise on the use of and is involved in the appointment of PR agencies and manages the relationships to ensure the quality of delivery and value for money;
- Work with RHC Corporate Communication team and notify them of any significant issues likely to attract media interest;
- Handle all media enquiries, represent the company on Social Media platforms, ensure Social Media monitoring tool, implement Social Media response processes to ensure all communications on Social Media are properly managed;
4. Internal Communication:
- Responsible for content submission for intranet (internal page), website and others fan page and work with other related divisions;
- Support to prepare all internal communication documents: announcement, notice, sharing…
5. Others:
- Coordinate to organize Company’s events (annual party, company trip and/or other staff activities);
- Other office tasks as required by the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• University Graduation in related major, e.g. Marketing, Branding, public relation, advertising, journalism and communication…
• English fluency.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
• Creative, dynamic and passion in branding and internal communication;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Content writing skills;
• Solid understand on online marketing tools;
• Flexibility and quick adaptability with the change of business.
EXPERIENCE:
• 1-2 year working experience in planning, managing branding campaigns and communication field for foreign or join venture companies is preferred.
