* TMS is tourism management software of Easia Travel. We are looking for a TMS Supporter for Sales team who take responsible for managing this software and consult the users (Sales team). TMS Supporter is a bridge between Sales & Project team. Position available from now on.
* Detailed Job description:
* In coordination with in-house programmer to develop new system
- Test new system’s functions: create data for testing
- Give feedback to Project team about errors; follow up till the problem is fixed (be a bridge between users and programmer)
* Support end- users and follow up all tasks for completely fixing error during process
- Collect feedbacks from users about errors and find solutions for them (check errors and fix them first, collaborate with other departments to fix errors, ask Project team to check and fix errors if he/she cannot handle by herself)
- Answer all questions on (or guide) how to use all functions correctly
- Discover new errors by following sales tasks
- Support end-users to finish their tasks on system
- Try to find out the reason for each error to inform sales about the common mistakes, how to avoid and how to fix them
* Train software and undertake that working in accordance with the process.
- Contribute and update to user guide
- Train sales in using the system when required
* Inform TMS supporter & SM about testing result of new system
