1. Main Responsibility:
The Trade Marketing Manager will work in partnership with sales and marketing head to jointly invest the available market development fund and co-op to increase channel sell though. This sell-through is accomplished through managing store, key dealers and distributor promotions (contest, rebates, specials, promotions, etc.), ensuring proper merchandising, ensuring adequate stocking levels and running reseller education, contest, motivation and seeding programs Identify and actively search for new sales channel opportunity, i.e. Retail showroom, roadshows and exhibitions Plan and execute promotional mechanics for the different channels including dealers. Organize and manage the operations of all retail showrooms, special display, events. Manage and recruit promoters for roadshows, retail showrooms or events. Be responsible for the sales target resulting from retail showrooms and events. Develops promotional plans and tactical campaigns for assigned retailers and dealers, works with Sales team to gain retailer / dealers approval, and project manages deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget execution Establish an effective mode of communication / relations building with partners / dealers Work with sales to plan for incentives given to dealers based on corporate strategy Work with sales to allocate and come up with a MDF (Market Development Funds) budget Budget, propose and supervise all event marketing specific to dealers, i.e. Trade shows Manage the annual dealers conference Ensure that all stores are properly merchandised, trained and, when appropriate, authorized. Work with MarComs to ensure production of POS, collateral, educational and merchandising materials appropriate to the dealer needs.
Maintain communication between the company and the dealers via E-mail, the Web site, letters, contest and promotions. Propose action items and supervise the reseller support section on the Web site when needed

Background: University Degree with Marketing Background is an advantage Experience:
o At least 5 years experiences in Marketing field
o Extensive knowledge & experiences in Trade and Retail marketing, Dealers account management and analysis Must to have:
o Open-minded, energetic, progressive, initiative & result-oriented.
o Strong business mind-set
o Excellent leadership & team management skill
o Excellent Statistic & analysis skills
o Strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, manage workload and multiple projects.
o Good Project management skill
o Proficient in English (both 4 skills)
o Professional manner. Nice -to have:
o Flexibility & passion to growth.
o Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under minimum supervision.
o Ability to work in a results orientated atmosphere to meet tight deadlines under constant pressure.
