Technical development department is in charge of all technical aspects related to production, including training technical skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, 3DsMax...), identify and resolve quality issues, support clients and production for technical issues, and involve in improving existing products and services. The department consists of 15 people and planned to grow to 20 people in next year.
The Technical Manager will take on a series of tasks and responsibilities relating to managing and supervising technical development department (TD) to ensure technical training, quality assurance and product development meet with client requirements and companys goals and objectives.
1. To ensure success of the departments missions
Define, plan, implement and improve the resources, people and processes to:
• Develop, update and improve production tools, techniques, training material, standards and procedures
• Improve training requests, plans, execution and results
• Supervise tests for new clients and products quality
• Communicate and participate to meetings with clients when required
2. To develop and manage TD departments strategy and budget
• Develop and manage departments strategy, objectives and action plans
• Monitor, report and evaluate the performance of strategic and business plans for TD department
• Develop and ensure departments work standards, process and workflow are aligned with the corporate standards
• Ensure department budget is strictly monitored and expenses are properly approved
3. To develop, control and improve TD departments personnel and performance
• Coordinate with HR department to ensure recruitment requirement are met and settle all HR related issues
• Coordinate with HR department to develop talent management program, succession plan, career development plan and training plan for staff
• Define, implement and improve TD department performance indicators (KPIs) & individual performance of TD members
4. To support & foster innovation
• Organize and monitor implementation of departments innovation plan
• Support team members in doing research, analysis and assessment of a new or existing products, services, software
• Support and control the success of the team members in developing new products and define standard workflow (including monitor and adjustment of newly-launched products, services & software)

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: Bachelor of IT / Business Administration / Multimedia / Graphics
• Experience: Have experienced with management position for at least 2 years
• Willingness to lead a highly technically skilled team
• Great team player to work with other managers
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects from end-to-end
• Ability to create and maintain the company culture and team spirit
• Good command of English (listening, reading, writing and speaking)
• Have professional knowledge of training management and team management
• Have professional skills of leadership skills, project management, people management
• Good at training, problem solving, reporting, planning, researching, communication and time management skills
• Good at Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Suite is a must
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus
• Proactive, Responsive, Honest, Open, Hardworking, Innovative
• Good health, can work under high pressure, strong and good voice, no color blind
