Transportation Coordinator

- Responsible for executing the Standard Work Procedures for logistics function.
- Handle shipment ( booking truck to transportation vendor, follow truck until shipment finished).
- Coordinate with client, agent and vendor for smooth operation.
- Manage, Operate and Control the Trucking team.
- Input database on company system
- Make statement, settlement with client & vendor
- Vehicle arrangement effectively (number of rotation , fuel,..)
- Ensure the safety of vehicles and cargo during transportation
- Other jobs assigned by Manager
- Detail will be discussed in the interview.
