When you join our team as a teacher assistant you will:
• Support English teacher during classes in teaching and taking-care students from primary to high school.
• Co-planand support English Teacher in distributing the curriculum.
• Assist in helping students when they have assignment from teacher. Help students understand and finish every exercises as soon as they can.
• Homework checking: Support in helping and checking student homework and daily tasks.
• Support in interpreting teacher’s lecture into Vietnamese for students and make sure they understand completely the lecture.
• Assist in documenting and contacting parents regarding student’s learning process.
• Assist in preparing communication to parentsabout issues such as parents’ request, complaint, feedback. Report all these problems to TA leader/senior counselor and vice versa.
• Supervise the quaility of instruction and evaluate student’s process.
• Motivate and inspire students in learning
• Create a safe, fun and nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

Vietnamese national (21 – 28 years )
• IELTS 6.5
• TOEFL iBT : 80
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably English-related or final year student)
• At least 6 months experience working in equivalent position
• Demonstrated ability in teaching English to young adolescents
• Strong passion in teaching English for children
• High responsibility, honesty and good orientation
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively
• A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
• Energetic, friendly and professional.
• Have a love for communicate in English
• Have a passion for education and laguages
• Willing to work with flexible schedule even in the evening.

• Salary: 2 USD per hour
