• Support the Country Manager Vietnam and other key members of senior management advising on HR policies, recruitment, and other matters in line with the business needs of Vietnam market
• Establishment and delivery of a unified HR reporting system;
• Contribute to the development of DFI’s strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the country in terms of Human Resources and Group requirements;
• Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the Country Manager and the Regional HR Manager APAC informed of all critical issues;
• Develop strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues;
• Contribute information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction;
• Establish human resources objectives within Vietnam business in line with organizational objectives at Group level;
• Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, regional HR compliance, and labor relations;
• Manage human resources in Vietnam operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining leading staff;
• Ensure efficiency of all HR administrative processes and activities and high level of HR services;
• Plan, monitor, appraise, and review staff job contributions;
• Maintain compensation at market level in line with Group guidelines;
• Designing systems, accumulating resources, resolve problems and implement change;
• Develop human resources Vietnam operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances;
• Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values in accordance to Group guidelines;
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions;
• Update job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations;
