-Design, measure, and improve user interfaces and experiences for all technical products and stakeholders such as corporate website, ecommerce, customer mobile app, employee mobile app, intranet, facebook pages and BI platform. -Performing user research and evaluating customer behaviors/feedback to understand pain points and create new features for our mobile and desktop users. -Assisting team members in generating ideas and defining business requirements. -Collaborating with peers and working closely with product managers, designers and front-end developers to assess feasibility and contribute to the UI/UX design process. -Supporting, facilitating and completing large and small projects according to established goals and a weekly release schedule. -Adapting to flexible processes that may change over time. -Develop high-level task flow content and then use storyboards and other design documents to communicate concepts and vision to others.
Yêu cầu công việc
-3+ years of UI/UX experience with a consumer-facing Internet company. -Data-driven mindset related to customer experience. -eCommerce, mobile or marketplace/community experience is preferred. -Supporting the design process by creating user studies, user flows, wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, annotations and other deliverables. -Enthusiasm and optimism—combined with great listening and communication skills. -Genuine passion for users and commitment to improving the user experience -Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
