+ Set up accounting system, Control all operations of Accounting Division
+ Review detail Check Payment Voucher, Bank transactions, Bank Reconciliation
+ Review process of Inputting data into Accounting Software.
+ Prepare reports on Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash-flow, forecast budget and other internal report for submitting to General Director
+ Set up accounting system, Supervise all operations of Accounting and process of Inputting data into Accounting Software, internal company control following J-SOX
+ Monthly/quarterly/yearly checking : cash receipt & payment, bank remittance and reconciliation, payable & receivable, journal entry, tax invoice issuing, requisition for assets, receipts and expenditure, general ledger …
+ Preparing Monthly/quarterly/yearly internal report to General Manager according to requirement of company and parent company : Cash’s Plan & Actual, Forecast Budget, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Consolidate Package Report (following IFRS),….
+ Preparing Monthly/quarterly/yearly external report to Tax Department : Value Addition Tax, Corporate income tax, Withholding tax, Personal income tax and other taxes.
+ Preparation profile for loans (long-term and short-term), loans withdrawing and repayments
+ Preparing External reports to other local Authorities (Treasury, Statistic, ...) as requirements.
+ Prepare the accounting statement in accordance with VAS
+ Contact and communicate with Tax Office, Treasury Office, Statistic Office, Auditors
