* Investigate the market trend and advise, consult with Director how to build an organization with good man power * Partner with the business to identify and fulfill short term business needs towards talent management * Mainly responsible for Recruitment procedure of company: using search channels for potential candidates, screen/pre-select resumes, schedule interviews, input CVs in HR system, collect employee documents, generate offer letters. * Provide adequate HR information for new employees via on-boarding program.
