1. Regarding order following: • Place orders and follow the delivery time of the suppliers in Vietnam; Make sure purchase order is confirmed on time and shipment delivery is on time with no major quality issues; • Communicate with suppliers about daily issues, and inform Quality Control Employee for the inspection and quality control before the shipment; • Contact the forwarders for the container booking, shipping , etc, and arrange the shipments with the suppliers; • Manage the order information and data as well as the documents; • Work on and check the inspection report, and documents needed for shipment, such like bill of lading, invoice and packing list; 2. Regarding Shipping: • Daisy contact with forwarders for checking rate, booking status etc. • Arrange and help booking between the suppliers and forwarders and make sure the containers are shipped on time. • Check invoice, packing list, bill of lading as well as other shipping documents, for the use of payment, customs and destination port. • Contact internally with order following colleagues and warehouse colleagues at destination port. • Make monthly overview of booking, shipping forecast

• Local person living in HCMC, Vietnam; • University degree, good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing; • 5+ years work experience of merchandise, order following and shipping work in furniture or related to furniture. • The candidate who has the experience of working with is preferable. • Good understanding of multi-culture and able to communicate with people from other countries (Europe, China, etc); • Good at supplier negotiation and communication and Careful at making documents, checking data; • Experience in working with computers MS Office; • Able to think and work independently and good at teamwork.
