- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý tình hình tài chính của công ty
- Quản lý tài chính, mua hàng và thanh toán đúng hạn và chính xác
- Chuẩn bị báo cáo tài chính, bảng cân đối tài chính và báo cáo tổng hợp hàng tháng về các hoạt động chung của công ty
- Chuẩn bị ngân sách hàng năm để lên kế hoạch hoạt động của công ty
- Chuẩn bị tất cả các dữ liệu tài chính cần thiết và báo cáo cho bộ phận kiểm toán hàng năm
- Thực hiện kiểm toán nội bộ và thiết lập quy trình kiểm toán nội bộ trong tất cả các lĩnh vực hoạt động của công ty
Admin Văn Phòng
- Phụ trách các công việc trong văn phòng
- Lưu trữ và quản lý hồ sơ tài liệu
- Mua văn phòng phẩm, chuyển phát nhanh tài liệu, thư từ...
- Soạn thảo các văn bản hành chính theo yêu cầu của công ty
- Có khả năng tổ chức các hoạt động của công ty: sinh nhật, teambuilding, sự kiện…
- Tuyển dụng
- Các công việc khác do Ban Lãnh Đạo giao.
