The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for a company. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organizations business goals.
Supervised HR employees’ performance by optimizing HR Procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, providing measurable performance indicators and evaluate KPI score for the HR team.
Responsible to mentor and upgrade the knowledge and competencies of the HR team;
Overall responsible of implement and monitor the administrative policies to maintain the day to day operation of the company; including liaise with government authorities for various business related application;
Developed and implemented company’s recruitment procedures and strategies; conducted HR planning in conjunction with line managers; designed and update interview forms; conduct and supervised preliminary interviews, as well as reference check; issued offer letters to new hires;
Designed and performed C&B program; collected and recorded government regulation, current trends, and practices relevant to C&B; review, formulated and optimized company’ C&B’s structure, including salary, year-end bonus, and various benefits; set up payroll management policy, conducted salary structure analysis and proposal to directors; supervised and managed employees’ social insurance and benefits including pension, housing fund, medical insurance, etc.
Administrated employee’s career development including supervising the procedure of probation reviews, annual reviews, promotion, etc.;
Collaborate with the business for the creation a high performance culture by implementing and updating Key Performance Index efficiently and monitoring the results every six months;
Overall responsible for training program; conduct Training Need Analysis and formulate yearly training and development program;
Coordinated with internal and external agents to arrange training activities; provided employees with training on topics relevant to Sales, Business communication, organizational culture;
Formulated and implemented labour relations policies and procedures, such as Employee handbook, and promoted the organizational culture;
Ensured compliance with legislation such as Labour Law and government regulations on employment; prepare employee turnover and leaves analysis report to directors;
Other additional and ad hoc task assigned by General Manager.
