We are a rapidly expanding team, and we are searching for one admin officer and receptionist who is willing to develop further in footwear industry. Your main job responsibilities include –
1) Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails & preparing documents.
2) Supervise and manage messenger, cleaner, security & drivers.
3) Daily arrangement: cars, couriers and travel requirements.
4) Prepare monthly application for: staff apartments, car rental, office, office equipment, electricity, water, internet…
5) Track stocks of office supplies, stationeries, drinking water, sundries and place orders when necessary.
6) Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
7) Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
8) Schedule in-house and external events, plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
9) Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
10) Provide administrative support for operations team, assist colleagues whenever necessary.
11) Provide general support to visitors, cheer client/visitor.
12) Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires.
1) Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
2) Know how to recruit and manage workers in factory
3) “Can do” attitude, open to change and is happy to work in a flexible environment and working under pressure
4) Self-starter who is able to use initiative to run projects and tasks on their own without direct supervision
5) Meet strict timelines while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
6) Computer skills in Microsoft office suite.
7) Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Vietnamese
