- Managing the complex schedule for the CMO - including booking meetings, conference calls and travel
- Take meeting minutes, write reports, prepare correspondence and prioritize items that need attention - and other confidential materials
- Communicates directly, and on behalf of CMO, with Board members if necessary
- Preparing expense report, reconciling credit card statements or submitting billing information.
- Reporting to CMO daily, Weekly and Monthly Key Performance indicators - Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CMO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
- Works closely and effectively with the CMO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a barometer, having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Actively participating in all management meetings, as and when necessary
- Step in when necessary for all unexpected resignations from any Marketing Staff. Work as an interim until HR finds a suitable replacement
- Helps gathering all Marketing plans + budgets + reports (monthly, and after specific campaigns) for CMO to sign and agree
- Acts as CMO’s analyst in measuring effectiveness of campaigns or marketing initiatives through extrapolating relevant historical data
