MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To follow all standards, policies and procedures relating to food and beverage service in the restaurant as laid out by the Restaurant Manager with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction. The ultimate goal for all our staff is to ensure that our guests enjoy their visit to the restaurant
* OPENING SHIFT
- Checking stock : wine , spirit , prepare product, fill soft drink, water.
- Checking all bar area and equipment, to ensure cleaning : shelves, refrigerator, fruit machine , trash, sink, towel, counter
- Operating equipment, arrange shift assignment for bar staff
* OPERATION
- Present menus, take order drink food , up sell product , follow promotion
- Prepare and serve drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes
- Serve drinks to customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Learns the names and personally recognize our regulars guest
- Communication with customer
- Clear and reset tables in bar area
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas
- Maintains and refill all product , to ensure smooth operations
* CLOSING SHIFT
- Responsible checking and record items has sold
- Responsible checking & order all product stock ,inventory( soft drink, wine, fruit, coffee, tea…. ) , record in form
- Checking all bar area, to ensure all area and equipment cleaning : shelves, refrigerator, fruit machine , trash, sink, towel,counter
* ANOTHER
- To support another department
- Checking equipment and request order
- Arrange roster for bar staff
- Attend training sessions and to guide bar staff
- Maintain a good working relationship with both colleagues and guests
- Report all problems operation and bar maintenance issues to restaurant management
