Duties & Responsibility in details:
1. Manage Sales Procedure - including planning, controlling and examining workflow of Senior Sales Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, HHH Representatives, Event team - including but not limited to duties below: - To ensure the Sales Process according to the procedure, - To ensure the Event Process according to the procedure, - To ensure all Briefings before Events, - To ensure the professionalism of Sales’ appearance during Event, - To ensure Senior Sales Managers and Sales Managers’ attendance since the start of event until Take Over time. - To ensure of HHH Representatives’ attendance during event time. - To get weekly report from Senior Sales Manager and Sales Managers for their Team’s working plan and training plan. - To follow after deals within 1 day after event to sign contract.
2. Coordinate with Tele-Marketing Department: - To get more data from Sales Department, then submit to Tele-Marketing Department, - To coordinate Sales Department with Tele-Marketing Department so that both meet their expectation, - To find solution for problem among Sales Department and Tele-Marketing Department, - To examine and control the quality of potential client coming to events
3. Coordinate with Finance & Accounting Department: - To solve pending deals, - To solve pending debts of client, - To get information from Finance & Accounting Department about client’s problem, and work with Sales in charge to solve these problems.
4. Coordinate with Owner Service Department: - To realize and solve problem for clients.
5. Timing management for Sales Department: - To ensure all Sales person be on time with every events, - To ensure all Sales person to be on time with meetings, - To ensure all Sales person to be on time with trainings,
- To ensure all Sales person to be on time with clients.
6. Other duties to be announced by the President, time to time.
