• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or General Business preferred.
• MS/MBA degree in Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research or other quantitative disciplines preferred but not required.
• 8 - 10 years business experience including heavy emphasis on analytics or equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant functional backgrounds include, CRM, Marketing Analysis, Marketing Response Modeling, Database Marketing/Operations, or Statistical Modeling & Forecasting.
• Relevant business experience required with demonstrated understanding of database marketing strategies.
• Proven success in presenting complex data to non-technical, senior leaders in an organization.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills including the ability to translate complex data and findings into clear, concise language and actionable insights suitable for a variety of audiences including executive leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving skills along with the ability to understand and apply analytical judgment.
o Experience working with Sales force Cloud platform (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Social Cloud) strongly preferred.
o Expertise required of modeling tools, transaction and SKU-level data, CRM technologies, and segmentation/targeting strategies.
o Advanced proficiency with Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
o Familiar with processing mapping tools, such as Visio.
o Experience with marketing database platforms and campaign management tools required.
o Understanding of ROI principles is strongly preferred.
o Statistical programming (e.g., SAS), database querying (e.g., SQL), and Business Intelligence tools
